Joe is a Colorado native who feels blessed to live and work in his local community.  He loves to camp with his wife, Maggie, and his co-pilot Harper (his dog).  Joe loves that his passion in the construction industry has become his life's business.  He feels so lucky to be surrounded with both family and craftsmen he calls friends, and that they all take the same pride in providing a quality remodel project for their clients. 

Directly out of High School in Golden Colorado,  Maggie began her college education at the University of Colorado to study law.  While there, she met her Husband, Joe, and she paused her education to raise their family of 3 children.  Realizing she shared her husband's passion and enthusiasm for the building industry,  she returned to the University of Colorado and studied architecture.  Maggie loves to camp and travel alongside her husband.  She loves and treasures all her children and grandchildren, and any time spent with them.

Barb finds immense joy in cherishing moments with her family, including her three loyal canine companions and, most notably, her three cherished grandchildren. Among the many reasons she values her role at Heritage, the opportunity to collaborate with her sister and lifelong confidante, Maggie, stands out as a true highlight. With an impressive 30 years of experience under her belt, Barb eagerly anticipates Heritage's continued journey toward growth and prosperity. An intriguing tidbit about Barb is that all three of her beloved grandchildren share the same remarkable birthdate of 8-23, each three years apart!

Vanessa finds solace in cozy moments, nestled alongside her family and their sizable canine companions. Vanessa's journey with the company is deeply rooted, as she was raised in and around the industry.  She and her siblings were on jobsites and learning the trade with their Dad, Joe, when ever he could involve the kids. After experience in the insurance industry, she began her full-time role as a design consultant  six years ago. Vanessa is brimming with excitement about her ongoing exploration of the intricacies of design and the construction industry.  Adding a delightful twist, it's worth noting that Vanessa's daughter has now surpassed her in height, marking a fascinating family milestone, and giving all of us at Heritage a reason to tease her for her tiny height!

Abigail's passion for life extends beyond her workplace, where she can be found gracefully navigating the golf course or enjoying cozy moments on the sofa with her boyfriend and their two feline companions. Recently celebrating her 1 year anniversary with Heritage, Abigail eagerly anticipates spending more time on job sites and learning the flow of the actual construction process.  Customers love “Abby’s” creativity and fresh design sense.  Abigail is definitely driven by a thirst for knowledge and personal growth. What resonates deeply with her about the company is its unwavering commitment to its family-owned heritage, fostering a sense of belonging and togetherness. An intriguing facet of Abigail's interests is her love for chess, a game that reflects her strategic and contemplative nature.

Chase thrives on spending quality time outdoors, and he loves spending time showing his young son in the wonders of the wilderness when they camp.  Among his most beloved outdoor pursuits, camping and fishing hold a special place in his heart. Throughout his two years with Heritage, what resonates most profoundly with him is the welcoming family-like atmosphere that envelops his workplace. Chase eagerly anticipates the journey ahead, where he can hone his expertise in the tile and carpentry trades, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. An intriguing tidbit about Chase is his proficiency in the Japanese language!

Michael finds solace in embarking on mountain rides alongside his beloved wife and their furry companions. Michael recently joined the Heritage team after extensive experience in the carpentry field for both residential and commercial applications.  In Michael's eyes, Heritage isn't just a workplace; it's a tight-knit family where everyone extends a supportive hand when needed. Michael has refined his skills as a carpenter and cabinet installer and is a very detail oriented man.  He looks forward to a long journey with Heritage satisfying each customer to the very best of his abilities.  An intriguing facet of Michael's life is his passion for oil painting, a creative pursuit that adds depth and nuance to his character.

When Cole takes a break from his professional commitments, he relishes the simple joys of life—be it lacing up his running shoes for an invigorating jog or spending quality moments with his wife and their adorable puppy. Over the course of his five-year career here at Heritage, Cole has developed his skills as a project lead, carpenter and tile installer.  As a fascinating side note, Cole is also an accomplished hockey player, adding another layer to his multifaceted character.

Ryan finds delight in his leisure time by engaging in spirited games of baseball with his boys, and fervently supporting his favorite team. Within the realm of his professional life, his heartwarming connection with his exceptional boss, Joe, stands out as a cherished aspect of his job. They delight in teasing back and forth, and entertaining the crew while doing it. Ryan is an extremely talented tile installer and eagerly anticipates the opportunity to delve deeper into the art of cabinetry, expanding his knowledge and skillset. It's worth noting that Ryan holds a special place in his heart for Nebraska, a place he holds dear and takes pride in.

Dominic relishes the great outdoors, and when he's not passionately pursuing his hunting expeditions, you'll find him casting his line while fishing. What he truly treasures about his daily work routine is the atmosphere of genuine camaraderie and kindness, where every team member respects each other and, thoroughly enjoys one another's company. An interesting nugget about Dominic is that he holds the distinction of being the youngest member on the team.

Lalo takes great pleasure in immersing himself in the world of sports, with football, and his beloved Denver Broncos in particular, occupying a special place in his heart. What truly draws him in at Heritage is the familial atmosphere they cultivate, with even the owners making everyone feel like a part of their extended family. With an impressive four-year tenure at the company and a remarkable 35 years of overall professional experience, Lalo stands as a seasoned veteran in his field. Adding a delightful dimension to his life, Lalo proudly embraces the role of a grandfather, a joyful and heartwarming aspect of his personal journey.

When Carlos isn't meticulously crafting in the shop or expertly installing countertops, you'll discover him gracefully gliding across the dance floor, where his passion truly comes alive. Carlos radiates genuine affection for his colleagues, and his affinity for clients knows no bounds. With more than a year of experience with Heritage, Carlos is dedicated to honing his skills and reaching the pinnacle of his craft. An exceptional facet of Carlos's character is his boundless positivity, making him a beacon of optimism for all fortunate enough to cross his path.

Daniel derives immense joy from the precious moments he shares with his family, and having the opportunity to watch his 3 kids grow up. The quality of Heritage, which resonates deeply with him, is the warm and familial atmosphere that envelops everyone involved. Daniel eagerly looks forward to the daily camaraderie and lightheartedness that come with his interactions with coworkers.  Daniel is always learning.  He is beginning his cross training into carpentry, while focusing on his skills in the stone fabrication shop. An interesting tidbit about Daniel is his profound love for music, an expressive passion that adds an extra layer of depth to his vibrant personality.
